The residence has a private driveway access. It is divided into two floors:
LIVING AREA
– On the ground floor we have a large living room with fireplace, TV area and WIFI; a dining room with a modern kitchen equipped with a 5-burner stove, dishwasher, washing machine and multi-function oven; an exclusive bathroom; an important porch with a beautiful view surrounded by greenery.
SLEEPING AREA
– On the upper floor there are three rooms: a main double bedroom with a balcony bed and a fine master bathroom; a double room combined with the main one with access to the master bathroom; a second double bedroom with access to the second bathroom.
For younger guests there is a cot in a double room, so the reservation must be for the actual number of guests that will come.
Guests will find a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster; Bed linen and towels are provided; Air conditioning on request for a fee in the months of July and August. Linen change not provided.
